Better Placed

Better Placed began supporting Pancreatic Cancer Action in 2016, after Kate Siegel’s mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. What began as a personal connection to the cause quickly grew into a team-wide commitment to raising funds and awareness.

Over the years, the Better Placed team have taken on challenges, organised fundraising events and encouraged colleagues across their offices to get involved – from their 24-hour Italian Job static bike challenge to purple-themed fundraising days and team activities.

Together, they have raised more than £11,500 for Pancreatic Cancer Action.

Their support demonstrates the difference a workplace can make when colleagues come together around a cause that matters to them – turning personal experiences into action and helping us raise vital awareness of pancreatic cancer.
