During the most wonderful time of year, where the average household spend on Christmas is £821.25!… YOU can make a difference to the future of pancreatic cancer by fundraising for PCA; all the while enjoying the food, drink and festivities of December!
Below are a few ideas of how you can get involved this Christmas to encourage the spreading of awareness and raising of funds to go towards the vital work we do. Get the tinsel out, put the turkey in and deck the halls!
Christmas Jumper Day – Whether it be at home or at work, a great way to kick off the festive season and get many others involved is to have a day dedicated to wearing a wacky and wonderful Christmas.
Pay a £1 and join the fun!
Christmas Themed Quiz – Again, a perfect task for a workplace or a classroom, a Christmas themed quiz is a fantastic way to round up the troops and enjoy! Each participant pays an entry fee (we suggest £2!) and the total amount gets halved: 50% to the winner of the quiz and 50% donated to PCA.
Everyone knows the ins and outs of Christmas, so what better way to showcase your yuletide knowledge than with the victory of a Christmas Quiz!
Carol Concert – Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way…to a Carol Concert – the perfect way to warm up your voices, celebrate the talent of your friends and family and raise money for an incredibly important cause.
Christmas Cards – Let your loved ones know you’re thinking about them with our selection of Christmas cards
A percentage of each sale goes directly towards Pancreatic Cancer Action!
Secret Santa – Instead of spending £5 on Secret Santa gifts, ask your friends/family/ colleagues to set the spend at £4 and have everyone donate the spare £1 to PCA to help save lives through earlier diagnosis!

We understand Christmas can be a difficult time when you’ve lost a loved one to a devastating disease such as pancreatic cancer, this is why we work so hard everyday to improve the survival rates through early diagnosis. Our mission is to ensure more people are diagnosed early and in time for vital surgery – this is currently the only potential cure. With the help and efforts of our wonderful supporters, we can work towards a day where more people survive pancreatic cancer.
