As part of our corporate partner Just Employment Law’s sponsorship of Partick Thistle Football Club, our Pancreatic Cancer Action Scotland logo will once again take pride of place on the purple goalkeeper top.

Speaking about the renewed partnership, Partick Thistle Chief Executive, Gerry Britton, said: “Just Employment Law’s commitment in supporting Pancreatic Cancer Action Sctoaldn is something everyone at Partick Thistle can get behind and this bespoke goalkeeping kit is dedicated to the charity in a brilliant way by which to highlight the cause.

“Just Employment Law deserve immense credit for finding new ways to give their fundraising and awareness campaign fresh energy each year. Everyone at Firhill is proud to support David and his team, including our men’s team goalkeepers, who love the purple kit, and we all look forward to seeing it in action on the pitch during the exciting season ahead.”

The kit has been designed to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer and will be worn by the Jags’ goalkeepers throughout the 2022/2023 season.

On supporting us, David McRae, Managing Director of Just Employment Law, commented: “We’re indebted to all at Partick Thistle for once again supporting our aim of elevating PCAS’s messaging to a national audience. The charity is one with which I have a close, personal connection and I’m delighted to see the new kit with their logo front and centre.”

This is the second season that Just Employment Law has chosen to use our logo on the goalkeeper tops and continues their support of the charity. They will also be hosting another Purple Thistle Day at Firhill this season, the details of which will be announced soon. To date, Just Employment Law has raised almost £300,000 in support of Pancreatic Cancer Action Scotland.

On Just Employment Law once again supporting us, our very own Fiona Brown, Scottish Development and Finance Manager, said:

“We are very grateful for the inspiring support from Just Employment Law and Partick Thistle Football Club in helping raise funds and awareness of pancreatic cancer. We love that they continue to embrace the colour purple to attract attention, helping open more conversations around the disease, its symptoms and the importance of early diagnosis. A huge thanks to everyone involved and best of luck for the season.”

You can see the goalkeeper tops in action as Partick Thistle attempt to get out of the Scottish Championship this season.
