It doesn’t matter if you’re a well-seasoned marathon runner or a newbie taking on your first 5K, the T-Zone has something for everyone. You can select your event e.g. 5K Training and your Level of Experience e.g. Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced to tailor-make your training plans.
The training guides come in downloadable PDF documents, so you can print them off and share with your fellow training buddies, that way everyone can enjoy this fresh and stimulating approach to ‘boring, mundane’ sporting or challenge event preparation.
