Hans Rosling dies ages 68 of pancreatic cancer

We are very sad to hear that Swedish statistician Hans Rosling, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer one
year ago, passed away on Tuesday morning, 7th February 2017, aged 68 surrounded by his family in Sweden. He was known for his amazing ability to make numbers and facts interesting with his TED talks and lively presentations which have had millions of views on Youtube.

Richard Hatch dies age 71 of pancreatic cancer

Actor, Richard Hatch, also passed away aged 71 of pancreatic cancer on Tuesday evening. He is best known for playing Captain Apollo in the original Battlestar Galactica but also appeared in Dynasty, The Love Boat, Santa Barbara and Baywatch. Hatch’s son Paul confirmed his father’s death in a message posted on the actor’s website: “He died peacefully with his family and friends at his side after a battle with pancreatic cancer.”
