London Underground collection days

Spend a couple of hours of your time to raise funds and awareness for Pancreatic Cancer Action at some of London’s busy stations!

When do we need you?

🕒 2 Hours of your time on the following dates:

📅 Monday 24th April 2023📍Oxford Circus Tube station

📅 Thursday 13th July 2023📍Paddington Tube station

Who are we looking for?

Anyone can apply to volunteer however these skills and attributes will help in this role.

  • Enthusiastic

A brief description of our roles:

Volunteer Community Ambassador 
We are looking for Community Ambassadors to represent the charity and help us reach as many people as possible when spreading awareness of pancreatic cancer and supporting PCA with our vital work by raising funds.

Media Volunteer
Sharing your experience with the press means we can raise awareness of the disease with lots of people who may not have heard of pancreatic cancer before and could help save lives.

Events Volunteer
Cheer on participants at mass events like the London Marathon, Great North Run, and the Edinburgh Marathon. Support activities in your local areas by helping with registrations, manning a stall or being a hi-vis warrior.

For legal and safety reasons you must be over the age of 18 to volunteer at most events.
