Purple Lights for pancreatic cancer

Purple Lights for pancreatic cancer is a campaign that we organise each year with Pancreatic Cancer UK and alongside Guts UK, Pancreatic Cancer Scotland and Planets.

The focus of the campaign is to encourage supporters to light up their homes or local landmarks purple to help raise awareness of pancreatic cancer by getting people talking and taking photos of some of the UK’s most beautiful landmarks.

You might want to light a building purple to celebrate the life of a loved one, to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer or simply to show your support during Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. Whatever your reasons for wanting to light up purple this November, the Purple Lights for pancreatic cancer website is easy to use and of course, we are here for you if you need any help with submitting your light-up to the official website. Simply email turnitpurple@panact.org .

If you decide that you would like to light up a local landmark, be sure to check out the Purple Lights map to make sure that it hasn’t already had a light-up organised.

Thank you to everybody who has already organised a light up this year, we can’t wait to see all of your photos on the www.purplelightsuk.org website and across social media!
