We have lots of different running challenges up and down the country with distances from 5k to full marathons including fun runs and virtual runs too! If you are starting from scratch then don’t worry you can follow our Couch to 5K for PCA plan.
If you are looking for more than just a run then why not consider the Tough Mudder challenge which combines obstacles with running for the ultimate test of endurance.
If walking suits you more than running then we have plenty of challenges that you can take part in. We have trekking challenges that cover The Beacons, The Peaks and Ben Nevis as well as our own event – Striding for Survival which takes place this year in Virginia Water and Wakefield.
We also provide overseas treks taking place in Iceland, China, Inca and Tanzia which you can view here.

Swim for Survival
Swim for Survival is the most flexible challenge you can take part in. You chose your location and distance so you can completely customize it to your needs!
