Your role and responsibilities

My role involves the reconciliation of income and expenditure and banking via the Xero Accounting system. Sending out Merchandise to our valued customers, ordering all Marketing and patient Information booklets (PIB’s). Monitoring stock levels for both Merchandise, Marketing and PIB’s. Processing /distributing/filtering all emails and phone calls. Updating the CRM system and assisting the Office Manager.

Why did you pick to work at PCA?

I was delighted to be offered the position of Finance and Administration Assistant. I was awe inspired on the tenacity shown by Ali on starting the Charity after her own battle, her drive, self-motivation, and dedication, driving the charity forward. I wanted to be part of this to support her and the team I have had my own health scare (not related), so I know first hand how important awareness is and this is the underlying mission.

What are your hobbies and interests?

Travel, MotorSport, Family, Friends, Countryside, Seaside, Experiencing new things.
