By giving us your consent, we may use your images across our platforms, include press, blog posts, website, marketing materials, funding materials, TV advertising and our publications (Action Magazine and e-newsletters).
The Consenter agrees to grant permissions to Pancreatic Cancer Action and its representatives to use images, videos, and all other assets for the agreed use and to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, and distribute these images and recordings in any media listed above. All assets are the property of Pancreatic Cancer Action.
This consent contains the entire Agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this Agreement are contractual. Furthermore, this consent shall be binding upon the undersigned, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
All permissions will be held for 2 years following on from the date of submission of this form. Pancreatic Cancer Action agrees to hereby contact the Consenter once 2 years passed - if they wish to continue usage further.
