Volunteer for a fun day out at the British Superbike Championship – Brands Hatch

Pancreatic Cancer Action has been invited as the official charity at the British Superbike Championship weekend at Brands Hatch on 21st and 22nd July 2012. We will have a pancreatic cancer awareness marquee and we will be collecting for the charity throughout the weekend. Brands Hatch anticipates crowds of over 60,000 over the weekend – so this will give us an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer among the general public.

We have an opportunity for you to join us for this fun day out as a charity volunteer. We need people who can help man the marquee/stand and to walk around with collecting buckets. We will provide you with your own PCA t-shirt. For Superbike fans, there will also be an opportunity to watch some of the racing as the riders and teams approach the crucial “showdown” period in the championship.

Entry is free for all Pancreatic Cancer Action volunteers.

If you are interested in joining us for a few hours on either the 21st or 22nd July 2012, please contact Helen Matthews via email: helen@pancreaticcanceraction.org or call the office on 01428 722775
