You can now send a text donation to Pancreatic Cancer Action through JustTextGiving: a new service provided by JustGiving and Vodafone.
Although operated by Vodafone, customers of all UK mobile networks can use the system to donate by text.
To donate, simply text the code PANC01 followed by the amount you want to donate (£1, £2, £3, £4, £5, or £10) to 70070 and we will receive your donation to our JustGiving account. What’s more, if you are a UK tax payer, we will also be able to claim Gift Aid.
The best bit of all is that this service is completely free to both you and us – donor text messages are free (except on Virgin Media) and we don’t incur any running costs and no commission is taken from the donations we receive. So every penny you donate goes to Pancreatic Cancer Action plus an extra 25% if Gift Aid can be claimed.
1. Text code PANC01 followed by the amount you would like to donate (either £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10) to 70070
For example, if you want to donate:

2. You will then receive a text message receipt and the chance to add Gift Aid (by filling in a web form or by text message).
3. If you haven’t added Gift Aid straight away, you’ll be sent a reminder text 24 hours later.
4. We receive the donation and the Gift Aid (if applicable)
