We are conducting a small survey to try to find out what made pancreatic cancer patients first go to their doctors – i.e., what their very first symptoms were. We also need to find out what types of written information were given to patients so we can ensure that in the future patients can have access to the right information from which they can make informed choices about their treatment(s) and care. The short survey should take less than 10 minutes and we would really appreciate you taking the time to fill it in.
