Suggestions for Awareness Events

There are many ways in which you can get involved to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer while at the same time raising much needed funds to support our work. If you hadn’t already guessed from this site, purple is the internationally recognised colour for pancreatic cancer and consistently using the colour theme will help keep pancreatic cancer in view of everyone!

When holding an event, remember to:

• Contact us to order awareness materials such as leaflets, posters and balloons. We also have t-shirts and lapel badges to purchase and these can be ordered through our contacts form.
• Please let us know the date, time & place of the event so we can publicise it on our website
• Contact your local media & ask them to come along/cover the story. We can help you find the media contacts in your local area, so please get in touch.
• Send us your photos of the event and we will put them up on our website.
